Find YOUR therapist

Beginning therapy can feel like an intimidating process and it is important that you find the right therapist for YOU.

If you do not already have a referral, visit our counselor bios to browse therapist profiles - here you will learn about each therapist's areas of focus, office location, and their hourly rate. All of our therapists utilize therapeutic approaches based on attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, and family systems.

Book your first appointment

Once you know who you are interested in working with, or have a few therapists in mind, connect with our Intake Coordinator (intake@hopeologywellness.com) to schedule your first session by calling the office or completing the Information Request Form.

Not sure who to choose? No problem. Our Intake Coordinator can recommend a therapist who would be a good fit for your needs. Complete the Information Request Form to help our Intake Coordinator get started on helping you schedule your first session or find a therapist.

If your preferred therapist does not have immediate availability, the Intake Coordinator can add you to their waitlist or get you connected with another therapist.

Receive a confirmation email

Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will receive an email with next steps for completing the intake paperwork, the address to our office, and any other information needed for your appointment.

If you are a parent or caregiver scheduling an appointment for your child/teen, the first session will be a consultation between the parent(s)/caregiver(s) and therapist to discuss goals and expectations around the therapeutic process.
