About Jordan (accepting clients in May)

I am a dedicated mental health counselor in training with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for personal growth, connection, and improving well-being. My approach integrates compassion and a holistic perspective, guiding clients toward healing, self-discovery, and resilience. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Born in Virginia and raised in North Carolina, I am the oldest of five siblings and was brought up in a Christian household, which instilled in me strong values of faith, empathy, and service. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, dancing, arts and crafts, and indulging in a good scary movie! I believe that balance and self-care are essential to well-being, and I encourage my clients to explore their passions and create meaningful experiences in their own lives.
