About Sarah

We all make sense in the context of our stories and we each have a unique journey that

got us where we are. By looking into our stories, at the different pages and chapters, we can begin to understand why we are the way we are. With this understanding comes healing and hope for the future. I believe childhood is the foundation of our stories and has a big impact for who we are today. I have a big heart for working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am passionate about walking alongside you as you discover who you are and who you want to be in your own story. My hope is to provide you with a safe space where you can start to turn the page towards healing and growth.

I am originally from Oklahoma but have lived in a few different states over the years before ending up in Georgia. I love spending time with my family, taking my dog on long walks, and a good cup of coffee. I am passionate about continuing to grow towards others and towards God. I believe everyone deserves a place to feel heard and understood, and it would be my greatest joy to give you that space!

We are relational creatures, and we all deserve to have someone to share our story with. Whether that’s through play-therapy or talk-therapy, we each deserve a space that can give us healing and help us flourish into who we are meant to be. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
