About Valorie
I grew up in central Florida and played Division I college soccer while earning my undergraduate degree. After a decade of playing and coaching soccer professionally, I began pursuing a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I have undergone training in Narrative Focused Trauma Care through the Allender Center and I am passionate about coming alongside others experiencing pain, harm, and the effects of trauma. I believe holistic, multidimensional care—relational, emotional, somatic, and spiritual—moves us towards the wholeness we were meant for.
When I am not working or studying, I enjoy rollerblading, playing pick-up soccer, and resting in cozy spaces. I love learning new dance routines and dreaming about the dogs I plan to adopt one day.
As we all navigate the heartache of living outside of Eden, it would be an honor to join you on your journey towards experiencing hope, beauty, and goodness.
